In an effort to provide faster and more efficient service, we
ask that you follow the following instructions on all returns:
100% money back (less shipping) within 7 days of receipt.
Please call or write for authorization within 7 days of receipt
of merchandise. Please include shipping slip along with
package to the address shown on the slip.* All returns are
subject to inspection before credit is given. Merchandise
received in more worn condition will not be credited.
Merchandise received damaged due to improper packaging
will be credited by the extent of the damage. No returns on
custom orders unless defective. All orders are subject to a
20% restocking fee.**
* No COD returns - merchandise returned to us COD will not
be accepted.
** On all items sold except Custom orders.
Due to the personalization of Custom Orders, we are limited
on refunds. All sales final
